Agent Hydrate is a branded water service that helps agents, brokerages, and businesses replace traditional business cards and promotional materials with custom-branded bottled water. Each bottle features your logo, design, and water of choice — combining visibility with sustainability.
Unlike typical private-label bottlers, we focus on agents and small businesses, offering smaller minimums, flexible subscriptions, and full branding support — so even individual professionals can access premium custom water marketing.
- Purified Water – ultra-clean and crisp, typically under 10 ppm TDS.
- Spring Water – naturally sourced from Palomar Mountain with balanced minerals.
- Electrolyte Water – purified base enhanced with electrolytes for taste and hydration.
- Alkaline Water – purified water infused with minerals and adjusted to a pH of 8.0–9.5 for a smoother, softer taste.
Our water comes from two main sources:
Municipal supplies, treated and filtered through reverse osmosis and multiple disinfection stages.
Palomar Mountain natural springs, a protected source known for clean, mineral-rich spring water.

Water Quality & Safety
We use a multi-barrier purification system that includes:
Carbon, sand, and micron filtration
Reverse Osmosis (RO)
Dual UV light disinfection
Ozonation for final safety and freshness
TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) measures the mineral content in water, which affects taste and purity levels.
Purified Water: <10 ppm — clean and neutral taste
Spring Water: 50–120 ppm — naturally mineralized for a balanced flavor
Electrolyte & Alkaline Water: 30–55 ppm — varies depending on mineral blend
Yes. Both Alkaline and Electrolyte Water contain mineral blends sourced from approved suppliers to maintain taste consistency and hydration quality.
Every batch undergoes two UV disinfections and ozonation before bottling, ensuring purity and freshness until it reaches your hands.

Absolutely. You can add your logo, tagline, colors, and any custom design. We also offer free mockups before production to ensure your label looks exactly how you envision.
Yes. For aluminum bottles, the minimum order is 12 cases. For PET bottles, smaller minimums may apply depending on bottle size and water type.

Yes, we deliver across the continental United States through local and third-party freight carriers.
Orders are packaged by case and pallet for safe transport. Aluminum bottles are sealed and protected to prevent dents, while PET bottles are shrink-wrapped for stability.

Pricing & Payment
Spring or Alkaline Water upgrades are available for a small additional cost per case. Purified and Electrolyte Water are included in the base price.
Yes, a $0.05 per bottle redemption fee applies in states with recycling programs (CA, OR, HI, CT, IA, MA, MI, NY, VT).
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as business invoices for approved partners.
Due to the custom nature of each order, refunds or returns are only available for damaged or defective products. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery.
Subscriptions & Samples
You can choose between a 6-month, 1-year, or one-time purchase plan. Bottles are automatically delivered every month, ensuring a steady, predictable supply without large upfront costs.
